Ingredients:

2 teaspoons unflavored gelatin
1 cup water
8 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
8 cups fruit juice
4 cups sugar
 

Preparation / Directions:

soften gelatin in water stir lemon juice into fruit juice, to taste combine juice, sugar, and gelatin mixture in a saucepan, over a medium flame heat and stir to dissolve sugar remove from heat, cool process to freeze shave into a wine glass serve hard-frozen
