3 pounds broccoli florets
1 pound cauliflower
1 pound button mushrooms
2 pound carrot
1 bunch celery
3 bunches scallions
2 medium green bell pepper
2 medium red or yellow bell pepper
2 pounds zucchini
1 pound jicama
2 bunches radish
2 packages ranch dressing mix
2 packages onion soup mix
8 cups sour cream

Preparation / Directions:

combine ranch mix with 4 cups sour cream-mix well chill for up to 4 days combine onion soup mix with sour cream-mix well chill for up to 4 days thin with milk as necessary arrange prepared vegetables on a platter(s) place dips to the side serve slightly chilled
