1 cup sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon dijon mustard
1/4 cup french fried onions

Preparation / Directions:

combine beans and a small amount of water in a saucepot, over a medium flame heat thoroughly, stirring often drain well combine mayonnaise and sour cream-mix well add to green beans-mix well season to taste with salt and white pepper spoon into a serving dish garnish with french-fried onions serve hot
