1 package mixed vegetables
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
1 medium Onion -- (small), diced
1 package ritz crackers
1/4 cup butter or margarine

Preparation / Directions:

Cook vegetables according to directions on package. combine vegetables, mayonnaise, cheese and onion in baking dish. Crush Ritz crackers. Combine crackers and butter. Sprinkle over vegetables. Bake in 350 degrees oven until browned, about 20 minutes.
