Ingredients:


2 1/2 cups Shredded carrots -- (about 3 large)

1 medium Stalk celery -- sliced

1/2 cup Raisins

1/2 cup Mayonnaise or salad dressing

1 teaspoon Lemon juice
 

Preparation / Directions:


Mix all ingredients. Serve on salad greens if desired.
