Ingredients:


1 Cup peanut oil

3/4 cup flour

3/4 cup yellow cornmeal

4 teaspoons baking powder

2 teaspoons dry mustard

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 cup milk

2 large egg

10 links beef frankfurter

10 skewers bamboo skewer
 

Preparation / Directions:


Heat oil in a deep fryer to 375-400 degrees combine dry ingredients combine milk and eggs-mix well add dry ingredients-mix well impale frankfurters on skewers, wipe dry dip in batter mixture, allow excess to drip off fry in hot oil for 3 minutes, until browned drain on paper towels keep warm in low oven or under heat lamp serve hot, with mustard
