6 cups yam

1/2 cup unsalted butter

1 cup sugar

1/4 cup water
 

Preparation / Directions:


combine ingredients in a casserole stir to coat yams well bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 30 minutes bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 15-30 minutes, until lightly toasted on top serve hot
