Mixed Vegetables En Pot

Ingredients:


20 ounces frozen mixed vegetables -- partially thawed

1/2 cup celery -- finely chopped

21 1/2 ounces condensed cream of celery soup

1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt

1 package toasted onion dip mix

1/2 cup water

2 tablespoons melted butter
 

Preparation / Directions:


In slow-cooking pot, combine mixed vegetables with celery. In medium bowl, mix soup with seasoned salt, dry dip mix, water, and melted butter. Pour over vegetables in pot. Cover and cook on low for 4 to 5 hours or until vegetables are tender.
