Ingredients:


1/2 cup sugar

2 tablespoons flour

1/4 cup water

1/4 cup white vinegar

32 ounces whole beets drained
 

Preparation / Directions:


Mix sugar and flour and stir in the water and vinegar. Place beets in crock pot, pour the vinegar-sugar mixture over them and stir to coat. Cover and cook on high for 4 to 4 hours. 4 to 6 servings
