Ground Turkey Enchiladas

1 pound ground turkey
1 medium Onion -- diced
4 ounces chilies -- diced
6 tortillas flour tortillas
1/4 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/4 cup grated mozzarella cheese
1 recipe salsa cruda

Preparation / Directions:

Brown turkey, add diced chilies and onion, stir just until onions are done, but not limp. Fill tortilla with turkey mixture. Roll, set side by side, seam side down, in lightly greased 8 x 8 inch baking dish or pan. spoon salsa cruda over all, sprinkle cheese to cover. Bake at 325 degrees unitl cheese is well melted, about 20 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
