Thai Turkey Bundles

Ingredients:


1 1/2 pounds ground turkey

1 large egg beaten

1/2 cup water chestnuts coarsely chopped

1/3 cup fine dry bread crumbs (from low-carb bread)

1 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoons lemon juice

1 Package Equal

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 dash red pepper

1 dash ginger

12 bunch lettuce leaves

1 recipe Use a Thai Dipping Sauce
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine all ingredients except lettuce and mix well. Shape into twelve 4x 1/1/2 x 3/4" loves. Brown in frying pan. Wrap each loaf in a lettuce leaf and serve with dipping sauce.
