Turkey Saute

Ingredients:


1 pound turkey tenderloin -- cut into 1 inch cubes

1 clove garlic minced

2 tablespoons parkay margarine

3 cups frozen mixed vegetables

3/4 pound velveeta pasteurized process cheese -- cubed

4 cups hot cooked rice

1/3 cup coarsely chopped pecans
 

Preparation / Directions:


Cook turkey and garlic in margarine over low heat 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in vegetables. Cook 10 to 15 minutes or until vegetables are heated, stirring occasionally. Add process cheese spread; stir until process cheese spread is melted. Serve over rice. Top with pecans. 4 servings. Microwave: Microwave turkey, garlic and margarine on high 5 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes. Add vegetables; mix lightly. Microwave 8 to 9 minutes or until thoroughly heated, stirring every 5 minutes; drain. Add process cheese spread. Microwave 2 minutes; stir until process cheese spread is melted. Continue as directed. Preparation Time: 10 minutes Cooking Time: 25 minutes.
