Pammie' World Famous Tuna Noodle Casserole

6 ounces egg noodles uncooked
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup milk
10 ounces cream of mushroom soup
1 cup cheddar cheese -- diced in 1/4 inch cubes
1 tablespoons green onions -- chopped
1/2 tablespoons dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon cracker peppercorns
6 ounces tuna in oil -- drained
1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt -- to taste
1 package au gratin potato chips for topping

Preparation / Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 F. Cook the noodles in boiling water until just doen. Remove the noodles from the heat and drain. Rinse the drained noodles wi th cold running water to stop tehm from cooking and sticking together. Co mbine mayonnaise, milk and soup in a large bowl. Add cheese, green onions and seasonings. Stir in cooked pasta and tuna. Bake in a covered cassero le dish in a preheated oven at 350 F. for 1/2 hour. Remove the cover and top with potato chips. Return to the oven for anouther 5-7 minutes. Serve as an entree or side dish.
