Tuna Tapenade

Ingredients:


1/2 cup olive oil

1/4 cup capers -- (or less)

1 can tuna in oil

1/4 cup lemon juice

1 tablespoon dark rum

2 cloves garlic -- coarsely chopped

1 can pitted black olives

1 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
 

Preparation / Directions:


Place all ingredients except olive oil) in a food processor and blend until smooth. Slowly add olive oil. Serve with fresh vegetables.
