California Tuna Taco

Ingredients:


7 ounces canned tuna -- drained and flaked

8 ounces jarred taco sauce

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 cup shredded lettuce

4 pieces taco shells

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 large tomato -- chopped

1 medium red onion -- thinly sliced

1/4 cup chopped black olives

1 medium half avocado -- sliced into 4 pieces
 

Preparation / Directions:


In bowl, combine tuna, taco sauce and garlic powder. Heat taco shells in oven. Divide lettuce into bottom of each taco shell. Place tuna mixture over lettuce. Place avocado slice over each mixture. Place onion slice over avocado. Sprinkle each taco with cheese and black olives. Approximately 5 minutes.
