Rich Chocolate Truffles

Ingredients:


4 ounces semi-sweet chocolate

1 tablespoon water

1 tablespoon superfine sugar

1/3 cup unsalted butter

1 large egg yolk

1 tablespoon powdered sugar
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine chocolate, water, superfine sugar, and butter in a saucepan, over a low flame heat and stir until melted remove from heat stir in egg yolk-mix well chill until firm mold into 1-inch balls roll in powdered sugar serve slighly chilled or at a cool room temperature
