Ingredients:


4 medium tomatoes, sliced

1/4 cup vegetable oil

1 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice - fresh squeezed-

1 clove garlic, minced

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

1/8 teaspoon pepper
 

Preparation / Directions:


Place sliced tomatoes in dish - put aside - in bowl combine all ingredients, mix and pour over tomatoes, cover - in refrigerator - 1-2 hours, serve - 6 Octobre, 2008 Rachelle C.
