Broiled Tomatoes

Ingredients:


1 1/2 cups stuffing mix -- herb-seasoned

2 teaspoons butter (or marg.) -- melted

1/2 cup cheese -- parmesan, grated

1 teaspoon mustard -- dijon

8 medium tomatoes -- halved
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine stuffing mix, butter, and cheese; mix well. Spread mustard over surface of tomatoes. Spoon stuffing mixture over mustard. Broil 4 inches from heat about 7 minutes or until topping is lightly browned.
