Tofu Dip With Herbs

Ingredients:


12 ounces firm tofu -- drained and patted dry

1/2 teaspoon celery seed

1/2 teaspoon dill

2 tablespoons chopped parsley

1/2 cup diced green onion

1 tablespoons dijon mustard

1 teaspoon prepared horseradish

2 clove garlic pressed

1/2 teaspoon salt
 

Preparation / Directions:


Process all ingredients in a blender or food processor until very smooth. Serve with fresh vegetables.
