Peanut Sauce For Spring Rolls and Satay

Ingredients:


1 can coconut milk

1/3 cup peanut butter

3 tablespoons honey

2 tablespoons miso

1/4 teaspoon chili flakes -- up to 1/2

1/2 teaspoon curry powder
 

Preparation / Directions:


Blend all ingredients in blender. Pour into saucepan and heat until it thickens. If sauce becomes too thick, you can add water to thin to desired consistency. This is a terrific sauce for spring rolls or a stir-fry.
