Ingredients:


6 tablespoons peanut butter

1/4 cup water

3 tablespoons light soy sauce

6 tablespoons dark soy sauce

6 tablespoons tahini

1/2 cup dark sesame oil

2 tablespoons sherry

4 tablespoons rice wine vinegar

1/4 cup honey

4 cloves garlic large

2 teaspoon heaped minced ginger

1/2 cup hot water

1 tablespoons hot pepper oil -- (1 to 2)
 

Preparation / Directions:


Chopped cilantro, red onions slices, green onions, and cucumbers for garish Thin the ground mixture with hot water to whipping cream consistency before use.
