Homemade Enchiritos

Ingredients:


2 pound hamburger -- (2 to 4)

1 Jar taco sauce

16 ounces tomato paste

2 packages taco seasoning mix

2 Cup water

1 packages Cheddar or jalapeno cheese

1 medium onion

1 packages flour tortillas
 

Preparation / Directions:


Brown hamburger and onion; drain. Mix together taco sauce, tomato paste, taco seasoning and water. Pour half the mixture over drained hamburger mixture. Dip onto shells one at a time, wrap up and place in casserole dish. Pour remaining mixture over enchiritos, grate cheese and put on top. Bake until cheese melts. Can be microwaved to melt cheese.
