Ingredients:


1/3 cup lemon juice

2 tablespoons grated lemon zest

1/2 stick butter

5 large eggs

1 cup granulated sugar

1 crust tart crust 9 inch

1 cup blueberries

1 cup mandarin oranges

2 medium kiwis
 

Preparation / Directions:


Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Whisk lemon juice, zest and melted butter in medium bowl. Beat in eggs and sugar. Mix well. Pour into tart shell. Bake 15 minutes. Arrange blueberries, mandarin oranges and kiwi over filling in decorative pattern. Press fruit lightly into custard. Chill and serve with a dusting of confectioner's sugar if desired. Approximately 10-20 minute
