Homemade Chips With A Taco Bake Dip

Ingredients:


1 pound GROUND BEEF

1 PACKAGE TACO SEASONING

1 CAN PLAIN BEANS

2 CUPS CHEEDER CHEESE

1 CUP SOUR CREAM

1 PACKAGE FLOUR OR (CORN)TORTILLA SHELLS

1 CUP COOKING OIL
 

Preparation / Directions:


Brown 1 lb. Ground hamburger drain grease. Then add taco seasoning (follow directions on back of the pack). Then place season meat into a non-greased glass baking pan big enough to have a good layer dip(not to thick or thin).then add a layer of beans, then sour cream, then top with cheddar cheese. Bake on 350 until cheese is melted and gooey. While that is baking put enough oil in a pot and turn on high until hot. Cut flour tortillas into 8 triangle pieces deep fry them in oil until lightly brown drain. (you can add salt or other seasonings to homemade chips.) After cheese has melted take out of the oven and eat the dip with you new homemade tortilla chips. enjoy!!
