Apple Juice Syrup

Ingredients:


1 cup sugar

2 tablespoons cornstarch

1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

2 cups apple juice

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1/2 cup butter
 

Preparation / Directions:


Mix sugar, corn starch, cinnamon and nutmeg in a saucepan. Stir in apple juice and lemon juice. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil for one minute. Blend in butter. Serve warm over apple pancakes. Top with sour cream.
