Sour Cream Stuffing For Fish

Ingredients:


3/4 cup celery -- chopped

1/2 cup onion -- chopped

1/4 cup butter/margarine -- melted

4 cups bread crumbs -- dried

1/2 cup sour cream

1/4 cup lemon -- diced, peeled

2 tablespoons lemon rind -- grated

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon salt
 

Preparation / Directions:


Cook celery and onion in butter til tender. Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly. Makes approximately 1 quart stuffing for fish.
