Ingredients:


1 Pint shucked oysters -- with liquor

1/4 Cup butter

1 tablespoons seafood seasoning to your liking (optional)

1 Quart milk

1 teaspoon salt and pepper to taste
 

Preparation / Directions:


Cook oysters in their liquor until edges begin to curl. Add milk, butter, salt and pepper. Heat slowly, being careful to NOT boil. Serve immediately...for extra ZIP...sprinkle seafood seasoning on each serving.
