RUMP STEAK WITH VEG ANDMAKES ITS OWN GRAVY
 

Ingredients:


500 Grams RUMP STEAK

1 medium carrot STICKS

1 medium COURGETTE STICKS

1 package ISACHET OXTAIL SOUP OR GRAVY MIX

1 medium SLICED ONIONS
 

Preparation / Directions:


CUT STEAK INTO INDIVIDUAL PIECES, PLACE ON FOIL AND COVER WITH SLICED ONIONS. SPRINKLE OVER SOUP OR GRAVEY MIX. PLACE VEGES ON TOP. COVER LOOSELY IN FOIL AND WRAP UP TO MAKE A PACKAGE. PLACE IN AN OVEN AT 130C FOR 2.5 TO 3 HOURS
