Squash Saute

Ingredients:


1 pound zucchini -- sliced

1 pound yellow squash -- sliced

2 cloves garlic -- minced

1/4 cup margarine

1/2 teaspoon dried whole oregano

1/8 teaspoon pepper

1 Medium tomato -- cut into 8 wedges
 

Preparation / Directions:


Saute squash and garlic in margarine until crisp-tender; stir in the seasonings. Add tomato wedges, and cook just until heated.
