Butternut Squash

Ingredients:


1 large butternut squash -- (1 to 2)

1 teaspoon salt to taste

2 tablespoons butter

1/2 Cup brown sugar
 

Preparation / Directions:


Peel, slice and cook squash in small amount of water. When tender, drain and mash. Add salt, butter and brown sugar to taste. Turn into greased casserole dish. Bake in 350 degree oven 15 to 20 minutes, or until bubbly.
