Beef-Radish Spread

Ingredients:


8 ounces cream cheese

2 teaspoons mayonnaise

2 teaspoons dijon mustard

1 teaspoon prepared horseradish

3/4 pound cooked beef

1/2 cup radish

1/4 cup scallions

1 package cocktail rye bread

1 package cocktail pumpernickel bread
 

Preparation / Directions:


1. Combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, dijon, and horseradish in a mixer. Process until well mixed and fluffy. 2. Add beef, radishes, and scallions and gently mix until blended. 3. Serve slightly chilled or at room temperature, with cocktail breads to the side.
