Ingredients:


3 medium avocado

3/4 cup fresh lemon juice

1/4 cup onion

1/2 cup blanched almonds

1/2 pound bacon

1/8 teaspoon cayenne

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon white pepper
 

Preparation / Directions:


combine ingredients in a food processor pulse to mix well cover and refrigerate overnight serve slightly chilled, with crackers to the side
