Ingredients:


1/2 pound jack cheese

1/2 pound neufchatel cheese

1 cup small curd cottage cheese

1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon scallions

1 teaspoon janes salt

1 cup jalapeno jelly

1 pound savory crackers
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine jack, neufchatel, cottage cheese, worcestershire, scallions, and salt in a food processor process until well blended spoon into a plastic-lined gelatin mold cover and chill for 4-48 hours unmold onto a serving platter serve slightly chilled or at room temperature, with assorted savory crackers to the side
