Corn and Olive Spread

Ingredients:


16 ounces cream cheese softened

1 package ranch dressing mix

8 1/2 ounces olives chopped ripe, drained

11 ounces whole kernel corn drained

4 ounces green chilies chopped , drained

1 medium red bell pepper chopped

1 package Bagel chips or tortilla chips
 

Preparation / Directions:


1. Beat cream cheese and dressing mix (dry) in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients except bagel chips. 2. Cover and refrigerate 1 to 2 hours to blend flavors. Serve with bagel chips.
