Ingredients:
1 pound dry yellow split peas
2 medium celery stalks -- chop fine
1 large carrot -- chop fine
1 medium onion -- chop fine
2 tablespoons sweet butter
1 tablespoon curry powder
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 piece bay leaf
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 piece chicken bouillon cubes
2 quarts water
Preparation / Directions:
Place all ingredients in crockpot, stir, cover, cook on low for 7 to 9 hours. Garnish with chopped green pepper.
