Bean Soup

Ingredients:


1 1/2 cups brown beans

1 1/2 cups white beans

1 1/2 cups black-eyed peas

1 1/2 cups lima beans

1 cup corn (optional)

6 medium hot peppers of your choice (optional)

1 teaspoon Your choice of seasonings

1 cup Water
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine all ingredients in a large pot and add water; the water should be just about 1 inch above ingredients. Cook on low heat all day, or a minimum of 1 hour. Be sure to keep adding liquid as it evaporates.
