Enchilada Soup

Ingredients:


1 Pound ground beef

1/2 medium onion chopped (optional)

6 ounces cream of mushroom soup

6 ounces cream of chicken soup

4 ounces water (optional--it makes a thinner sauce)

1 Pound colby cheese shredded

12 tortillas burrito tortillas

1/2 teaspoon Garlic salt

1/2 teaspoon oregano

1/2 teaspoon onion salt
 

Preparation / Directions:


Cook ground beef in a large skillet until it is dark brown; add onion and stir. Let onion cook for a minute, then add soups and water (optional). After it starts to boil, add cheese. While cheese melts, warm up the tortillas on a skillet. Place on a plate and add 2 tablespoons of beef mixture in middle of the tortilla and roll into a burrito.
