Mom's Ham, Cabbage and Potato soup

Ingredients:


10 medium potatoes peeled and cut into bite-sized pieces

1 pound ham chopped

1 medium cabbage chopped

1 cup Water

1/2 teaspoon Salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper
 

Preparation / Directions:


Put potatoes in a large pot, then cover with ham and cabbage. Cover all the ingredients with water. Sprinkle on salt and pepper, and bring to boil. Once it reaches the boiling point, reduce heat and let simmer 1 hour. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
