Mom's Ham, Cabbage and Potato soup | |||||||

Preparation / Directions:Put potatoes in a large pot, then cover with ham and cabbage. Cover all the ingredients with water. Sprinkle on salt and pepper, and bring to boil. Once it reaches the boiling point, reduce heat and let simmer 1 hour. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
