Pumpkin Moroccan Soup

Ingredients:


1 medium pumpkin cut in chunks

2 cans chickpeas drained and washed

1 bunch cilantro fresh

2 large onions chopped

1/2 teaspoon Salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper
 

Preparation / Directions:


In a large pot, cook all ingredients in water until tender. Blend until you have a dark orange cream-of-pumpkin mixture. Serve.
