Preparation / Directions:Sauté onion in oil until translucent. Add garlic and seasonings, beef broth, chicken broth, tomato sauce and tomatoes. Bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour. Add chicken. Heat through.
To serve: Place a few tortilla chips in a bowl and ladle soup over chips. Garnish with cheese and a slice or two of avocado. | |||||||||||||||
