The Depot Cream Of Broccoli Soup

Ingredients:


2 ounces butter

1/2 cup flour

2 quarts milk

1 1/4 Cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 pound broccoli -- fresh or frozen

1 teaspoon salt and pepper
 

Preparation / Directions:


In large sauce pan, melt butter and stir in flour until smooth. Over medium heat, add milk, stirring often until thickened. Add cheese, stirring until melted, then broccoli. Heat through, season to taste, and serve.
