Ingredients:


1 Pound Dry Split Peas

2 Quarts Water

1 medium Onion -- chopped

1 medium carrot -- sliced

2 Stalks Celery -- sliced

1 Cup Ham -- cubed

1 teaspoon salt and Pepper

1 teaspoon Oregano

1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine and cook 2 hours.
