Preparation / Directions:Cook onion in oil until soft and golden brown. Lower heat. Blend in peanut
butter. Add
chicken broth slowly, stirring constantly until smooth. Bring to a boil.
Season. Lower
heat. Simmer 10 minutes. Garnish with fresh pepper or croutons.
