Onion Soup Crockpot Style

Ingredients:


3 large spanish onions -- sliced

4 cups boiling water

1 teaspoon worcester sauce

6 piece boullion cubes (beef)

1/2 cup butter or oleo
 

Preparation / Directions:


Saute onions in butter until tendr, about 1/2 hour until golden brown. Dissolve boullion cubes in boiling water -- add other ingredients and onions. Cook on high 8 - 10 hours. Ladle into individual dishes and sprinkle with croutons and Mozzarella cheese. Broil or microwave until cheese melts.
