Ingredients:


1 medium Onion -- diced

1/3 cup minced carrot

1 medium cabbage leaf -- minced

2 teaspoons oil

4 teaspoons mixo

4 cups water

2 teaspoons tahini
 

Preparation / Directions:


Saute the onion, carrot and cabbage in the oil for 5 minutes. Add the miso, water and tahini; bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 20-30 minutes.
