LOADED POTATO SOUP

Ingredients:


2 cups chopped celery

2 cups chopped onion

2 cups sliced carrots

3/4 teaspoon pepper

2 quarts chicken stock

2 cups cubed potatoes

1 cup half and half or milk

1/2 cup flour blended with 2 tbsp. melted butter
 

Preparation / Directions:


In large pan, place vegetables, pepper, and stock. Boil until vegetables are tender. Add potatoes and half and half. Simmer 15-20 minutes. Add flour and butter mixture, and simmer to cook flour.
