German Potato Soup

Ingredients:


4 cups Potatoes Peeled and Diced

2 1/2 quart Chicken Broth

1 cup Thin Noodles Cooked and Drained

1/4 pound Thick Bacon Diced

1 cup Chopped Onion

1 teaspoon salt and Pepper
 

Preparation / Directions:


Fry bacon and onion, add chicken broth, add potatoes. Cook until tender then add noodles. Simmer for 10 minutes.
