CROCK POT POTATO SOUP

Ingredients:


1 Cup potatoes -- peeled and diced

1 medium Onion -- chopped

1 large carrot -- sliced

1 large stalk celery -- sliced

4 pieces chicken bouillon cubes

1 tablespoon parsley flakes

5 cups water

1 tablespoon salt (less if desired)

1 teaspoon Pepper

cup butter

13 ounces evaporated milk
 

Preparation / Directions:


Put all ingredients in except evaporated milk in crock pot. During last hour add milk. Use skim milk evaporated milk and Mazola oil for low fat diet.
