Ingredients:

Preparation / Directions:1. Melt butter in a heavy saucepan.
2. Add carrots, onion, potato.
3. Add salt, pepper, sugar
4. Cover and cook over low heat for 15 minutes. Add broth and bring to
a boil.
5. Lower heat and cover. Simmer for 15 minutes.
6. Puree in a blender
7. Serve hot with herbs on top.
