Ingredients:


2 cups grits

8 cups water

1 package garlic cheese

1 stick butter

4 large egg yolk

4 large egg white -- beaten

1 teaspoon salt

1 cup cracker or dry bread crumbs
 

Preparation / Directions:


Cook grits, butter, cheese in salted water until done. Add egg yolks. Fold in egg whites. Put in greased casserole. Sprinkle top with crumbs. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes. One cup of sharp cheese may be used in place of the garlic cheese.
